When it comes to smaller teams, leaders usually come up with all the answers to questions employees have. - In a bigger team setting, the leader should be skilled at teaching others to ask themselves the right questions and then help them come with solutions on their own. - The biggest enemy of entrepreneurs is ego. Many leaders find it hard to let other people come with their own solutions. We must accept that there are people who are more proficient than we are in certain areas.
